Refund Policies

Refund policies for each program are listed below. If you have any questions about these policies please contact the club treasurer.

GYC Competition

All fees with Gresham Youth Cheer are 100% NON-REFUNDABLE for any reason. This may include but is not limited to: quitting the team, removal from the team, changing teams, injury, or other unforeseen events. If an athlete quits or is removed from the team, all items (such as apparel, bows etc.) will be forfeited. Meetings are encouraged when an athlete opts to leave the program so that we can discuss any issues that could have been avoided.
